Our Refurbishment & Quality Standard

At MedSuppliesHub, every device we sell goes through a rigorous inspection and refurbishment process before it reaches you. We believe transparency builds trust — here's exactly what we do.


Our 5-Step Quality Process

Step 1 — Initial Assessment & Documentation

Upon receiving each device, our technicians conduct a full visual and functional inspection. We document the device's serial number, manufacture year, cosmetic condition, and operational history. Devices that do not meet our baseline criteria are rejected at this stage.

Step 2 — Deep Cleaning & Cosmetic Restoration

All devices undergo professional cleaning and decontamination. Cosmetic imperfections such as scratches or worn surfaces are addressed. We clearly disclose the cosmetic grade of each unit in the product listing.

Step 3 — Component Testing & Replacement

Critical components — including power systems, laser modules, handpieces, cables, and control boards — are individually tested. Worn or faulty parts are replaced with OEM-compatible components. We do not ship devices with known defects.

Step 4 — Full Functional Testing

Each device is powered on and tested under operating conditions. For laser and energy-based devices, output parameters (power, pulse width, wavelength) are measured and verified against manufacturer specifications. Test results are recorded and available upon request.

Step 5 — Final Inspection & Shipment Preparation

A senior technician performs a final review before the device is approved for sale. Devices are professionally packed with appropriate protective materials for international freight. All included accessories and handpieces are inventoried and listed in the product description.
